VERTICAL PACKAGING MACHINE SCREAM

SCREAM is the purposely designed machine to reach very high productive speeds. The continuous Up&Down movement of the transversal sealing jaws allows to reach a considerable packaging mechanical speed, up to 200 bpm with empty and small-sized bags. SCREAM is the right answer to the most demanding customers, who need to have high and continuous productions and to obtain small and average bags in pillow, gusseted, square bottom formats, realized with the help of different forming tubes starting from a plane film reel of all laminated, extruded, polythene and papery material (except Stabilo, Doy Bag and 3 sealing bags).

The extreme versatility and simple use, together with the easy management of various functions, make SCREAM the perfect solution to decrease packaging costs thanks to a high productive capacity. Its contained dimensions permit to employ SCREAM also in small environments and places. Motorized film puling and unwinding, perfectly synchronized with the other machine’s functions, extol SCREAM’s performances, a VFFS designed and realized as a consequence of the developed experience with our customers. Internal kinematics are servo driven. In fact, fully brushless motorization, controlled by e-cam, manages the perfect synchronization among film pulling, horizontal jaws’ closure and square bottom device. Electronics and pneumatics are controlled by commercial PLC and HMI is equipped with color touch screen technology. SCREAM can be combined with different types of volumetric dosing units and weighers. All commercial components (bearings, cylinders, valves, actuators and gearboxes) are high quality and main brands, which grant fast delivery times.
