PACKAGING MACHINES

We present the VFFS Ecospeedy in its INCLINABLE version, apt to pack fragile and delicate products. The possibility to adjust the angle of the slope for each product allows to optimize both productivity and broken products’ percentage, according to the characteristics of the product itself. Such way it will be possible to get maximum speed when machine is vertically set, and a considerable reduction of breaks when machine is inclined. The inclination can be set by the operator through a manual selector or, upon request, each position can recorded on the PLC and automatically selected at each format change. Varying machine’s inclination, a motorized conveyor set between the dosing/weighing unit’s exit and the forming tube consents to keep the unloading point unchanged and to regulate the flux of down-coming product, in order to avoid possible chokes.
