TWIN is the answer to those who need high performances in little spaces. Machine consists in fact of two fully servo assisted VFFS MAYA. This characteristic allows TWIN to pack at almost doubled speed than EcoSpeedy. TWIN encloses two VFFS separately managed, which consent to grant the best of performances when creating small and average bags of all formats, realized with the use of forming tube starting from a plain film reel of all laminated, extruded, polythene, aluminate and papery materials (except Doy Bag and 3 seals bags).
As the other machines in the range, TWIN offers predefined characteristics for what concerns packaging speed in the various configurations, maximum bag’s dimensions and the typology of applicable optional. The structure fully made of stainless steel AISI 304 allows to use TWIN in any working environment. Internal kinematics are servo powered. Electronics and pneumatics are managed by two different commercial PLC and the HMI control console is equipped with color touch screen technology. All commercial components (bearings, cylinders, valves, actuators and gearboxes) are main brands and high quality, which grant fast delivery of spare parts.
