STARK is the new vertical packaging machine to realize a wide range of different types of bags with all the materials: rolled, extruded polythene, aluminates and paper, in small, medium, large, extra large Doy bag and 3 seal bags with or without Zip closure applicator.
The accurate design allows to easily change format and accessories to grant a very fast production with a great bags’ aspect and a prefect air-tight sealing.
The structure is entirely made of stainless steel AISI 304, while all its groups are made of anodized aluminum alloy compatible with FDA standards (not contaminating food and of easy sanitization). The internal gears are driven by servo motors controlled in E-cam; this feature guarantees the perfect synchronization among film pulling, jaws’ closing and square bottom precision.
All the commercial components (bearings, cylinders, actuator, gearboxes) are main brands and of excellent quality.
Machine is managed through PLC, controlled by color touch screen.
